MEET OUR INSTRUCTORS

Rocky Sposato

I started my journey in golf in 1994 while working as a seasonal employee at A.H. Blank Golf Course. In 2010, I entered the PGA Program and became the General Manager of Waveland Golf Course. Through this process, I discovered my love for teaching. As a result, in 2016, Waveland Golf Course added a new Performance Center, complete with a golf simulator, to offer instruction year round. In 2017, I completed The Plane Truth: Level 1 under some of the game’s greatest instructors, Jim Hardy and Chris O’Connell. In 2021, I took on the role of President of CS Corporation and the management of Terrace Hills Golf Course. With my knowledge of golf equipment, state of the art practice facilities, and education from some of the industry greats, I offer a well rounded approach for players of all skill levels. 

Zach Steffen

Zach is a Des Moines native with strong ties to the golf community. 

In 2015, Zach qualified for The John Deere Classic. Since then, he has also qualified for a Korn Ferry Tour event in 2018.

Zach is using both his experience as a PGA Professional, and his passion and drive, to help other golfers improve their game, and enjoy the sport. While Zach is eager to provide high quality instruction to golfers of all ages, he takes a special interest in helping junior golfers.
